After several failed attempts to find a good cleaning service we found a GREAT service in EcoMaids!! The owner Katie was super helpful with the initial assessment of our needs. Her along with her team did an OUTSTANDING job doing a deep cleaning on our home. Hannah the team lead and Tyler worked hard all day. Their attention to detail was impressive. They were very personable and answered any questions we had throughout the day. After the job was completed they did a final walk thru with a detailed check list to make sure nothing was missed. Wow! Ecomaids of Richmond-Lexington-Nicholasville completed an initial service visit at my house in Richmond and all I can say is amazing. Their team was professional, organized, efficient, and nothing short of miracle workers! My house has never been so clean! Do yourself a favor and book with ecomaids of Lexington!! My husband and I purchased a small condo that had been a rental for years. It desperately needed to be deep cleaned. The estimate from ecomaids was reasonably priced, communication was professional, and the results were outstanding!! I have never in my life seen SUCH a difference. I thought we were going to have to replace the kitchen sink it was so dirty. There were paint bristles and old paint stuck to the sink. But after ecomaids worked their magic, the sink was sparkling! You couldn't tell it had ever been dirty! This business doesn't just clean though. They go over the top with small touches like organizing your clutter, fluffing your pillows, and folding your blankets perfectly so when you walk in you're overwhelmed with a sense of peace. Initially I was hesitant to have strangers in my home. It took me several weeks to secure an appointment; what I call an audition. The first home cleaning was expensive relative to the housekeeping chores provided previously by a housekeeper who left the area. While expensive, I found the initial service met and exceeded my expectations (cleaning checklist was above the regular services provided previously). I normally had a house cleaning every other week, but because of holiday traveling, I schedule the next cleaning for three weeks from the previous session. I can’t say enough good things about Ecomaids! Tanya and Earl were absolutely amazing in taking care of my home. After my surgery, I struggled with my mobility, and managing everything was tough. Auri and Kristina cleaned my home and OMG!! immaculate .Looks brand new ! I just had a baby and they went above and beyond to get every spec of dirt out . The products were non toxic so I felt safe keeping my baby in the home. The 64 point checklist was completed. I have used several cleaning companies and this one is by far the best! I had a move out cleaning this morning, they worked within the budget and did such an amazing job! We had a great experience! Katie and Tanya showed up exactly when they said they would, were super friendly and explained everything they would do. Everything looked great when they left. I don’t want to say my house has never been this clean…but all rooms at the same time? My house has definitely never been this clean all at once 🤣 In the initial conversation about all they would do, they had me at ‘baseboards’ and I must have stopped listening after that. It was the walls, ceiling fans…all the things you know you need to do, but somehow never get around to. Professional and personable. I would highly recommend. ~ Rebecca H

Eco maids come in bi weekly for me and help me so much with my house. It’s hard to keep up with it all, so it’s nice I know I have one day every couple weeks where everything is cleaned up! Changing the sheets and making my bed is the best. Nor it, Hana, and Aspen were so efficient and did great last time. They are even nice to my kiddos which is bonus! ~ Rebecca O

Very professional, friendly, and the pricing was reasonable. I did have an issue with some of my floors not being satisfactory, but Katie came back and redid them. The best experience. We needed a lot done to help us reset after an illness and both Katie and Katrina were awesome. They got us in quickly and did an incredible job.
