After several failed attempts to find a good cleaning service we found a GREAT service in EcoMaids!! The owner Katie was super helpful with the initial assessment of our needs. Her along with her team did an OUTSTANDING job doing a deep cleaning on our home. Hannah the team lead and Tyler worked hard all day. Their attention to detail was impressive. They were very personable and answered any questions we had throughout the day. After the job was completed they did a final walk thru with a detailed check list to make sure nothing was missed. Ecomaids have been cleaning my house for 3 years now. I’ve consistently have had the same people but recently I had a newer crew and I was really thankful for them! They got in new places the other crew didn’t get in! The other crew did great too, but sometimes fresh eyes find new things! They Also got out spots that have been there for years and made my bed how I always wanted to but never make time to. My shower has never been so clean. Plus Quannie played with my dog and was so kind. Thank you Kayla for making my shower extra clean and making my son’s bed like the magazine do! Wow! Ecomaids of Richmond-Lexington-Nicholasville completed an initial service visit at my house in Richmond and all I can say is amazing. Their team was professional, organized, efficient, and nothing short of miracle workers! My house has never been so clean! Do yourself a favor and book with ecomaids of Lexington!! My husband and I purchased a small condo that had been a rental for years. It desperately needed to be deep cleaned. The estimate from ecomaids was reasonably priced, communication was professional, and the results were outstanding!! I have never in my life seen SUCH a difference. I thought we were going to have to replace the kitchen sink it was so dirty. There were paint bristles and old paint stuck to the sink. But after ecomaids worked their magic, the sink was sparkling! You couldn't tell it had ever been dirty! This business doesn't just clean though. They go over the top with small touches like organizing your clutter, fluffing your pillows, and folding your blankets perfectly so when you walk in you're overwhelmed with a sense of peace. My husband and I were so impressed with the deep clean that we continued with biweekly cleanings! ~ Christen W

Initially I was hesitant to have strangers in my home. It took me several weeks to secure an appointment; what I call an audition. The first home cleaning was expensive relative to the housekeeping chores provided previously by a housekeeper who left the area. While expensive, I found the initial service met and exceeded my expectations (cleaning checklist was above the regular services provided previously). I normally had a house cleaning every other week, but because of holiday traveling, I schedule the next cleaning for three weeks from the previous session. We used this service while we were out of town and I cannot say enough wonderful things!! We trusted them to come in and clean while we were on vacation and they did not disappoint! Auri and Kristina cleaned my home and OMG!! immaculate .Looks brand new ! I just had a baby and they went above and beyond to get every spec of dirt out . I don’t want to say my house has never been this clean…but all rooms at the same time? My house has definitely never been this clean all at once 🤣 In the initial conversation about all they would do, they had me at ‘baseboards’ and I must have stopped listening after that. Very professional, friendly, and the pricing was reasonable. I did have an issue with some of my floors not being satisfactory, but Katie came back and redid them. We discussed the best cleaner to use and she was quite receptive. I really liked that the team changed into inside shoes when they came in. ~ Lois R
